Burglary

On July 11, 2012 Johnson County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a reported burglary in the 500 block of NW 201 Road Warrensburg,Missouri.  Upon arrival, deputies learned from the homeowner that firearms and jewelry were stolen from the residence.

 

On July 15th, 2012 Johnson County Sheriff’s Investigators learned that the Lafayette County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a reported burglary in their county, where the homeowner shot one of two suspected burglars.  Johnson County Sheriff’s Investigators responded to ResearchMedicalCenter and interviewed the suspect, Louis R. Jones, 32 years old of Independence,Missouri.  Johnson County Sheriff’s Investigators learned from Louis R. Jones that he and Johnathan E. Davis had broken into and stole several firearms from the residence in the 500 block of NW 201 Road Warrensburg,Missouri.

 

The Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office received an arrest warrant for Johnathan E. Davis, 33 years old of Oak Grove, Missourifor Burglary in the 2nd Degree.  The bond on the LafayetteCounty warrant was set at $25,000.00.  Johnathan E. Davis posted bond on the Lafayette County warrant. 

 

The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office arrested Johnathan E. Davis and placed in on a 24 hour felony hold on suspicion of Burglary in the 2nd Degree, on a separate and unrelated case.

 

Johnson County Sheriff’s Investigators received a warrant for the arrest of Johnathan E. Davis charging him with Burglary in the 1st Degree, a class B Felony, related to the burglary in the 500 block of NW 201 Road Warrensburg, Missouri on July 11th, 2012.  The Johnson County Circuit Court set Davis’ bond at $10,000.00.  Johnathan E. Davis posted bond on the Johnson County warrant.
