In the early morning hours of August 24th, 2012 members of the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office and Warrensburg Police Department executed a narcotics search warrant at 128 SE 125 Road near Warrensburg, Missouri. Upon making entry into the residence, Investigators located numerous packages of suspected methamphetamine that was packaged for sales. Investigators further located digital scales, several hundred zip lock bags used to package narcotics and a full loaded handgun.
Deputies arrested Dustin Ray Keller, 22, of the residence, Christina Marie Chapman, 25 of Warrensburg, Danielle Machelle Oquendo, 24 of Warrensburg, and Christal Marie Punneo, 28 of Warrensburg for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.
Dustin Ray Keller is currently held at the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office on a No Bond Warrant issued by the Missouri Department of Corrections for a Parole Violation. Investigators anticipate that Federal charges will be sought on Keller for a Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Keller is currently on Parole on two previous counts Distribution/Delivery/Manufacture of a Controlled Substance. Additional warrants on Keller, related to this case are expecting in the coming days.
Christina Chapman, Danielle Oquendo and Christal Punneo were released pending further investigation and the filing of formal charges.
