Multiple Arrests Stem from ACE/SWAT Search Warrant Service

Saturday, December 8th,  the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Unit, assisted by the Sheriff’s Office Special Weapons and Tactics team executed a narcotics search warrant at 809 South Pine Street in Holden, Missouri.

 Deputies arrested two individuals in the driveway of the residence.  Brandon K. Stark, 24 years old of Kingsville was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, and Phillip A. Hayduke, 17 years old of Creighton was arrested for possession of an illegal weapon.

 Inside the residence, deputies arrested 21-year old Chelsie L. Nalls of the residence for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, John W. Masterson, 27 years old of the residence for possession of drug paraphernalia and Blake C. Jamison, 22 years old of Strasburg for possession of an illegal weapon.

 During the search of the residence, Investigators located approximately 100 tablets of prescription medication that was packaged for sale and small quantities of methamphetamine and marijuana.  Investigators further located narcotics packaging material, including cellophane and plastic bags.

 Two minor children and a 16 year old juvenile were located inside the residence.  All three were turned over to family members.

 All five adults were later released pending laboratory analysis of the substance located inside the residence.
