On 04/20/2023, at approximately 1:52pm, deputies were dispatched to 575 NW 1601, Dollar General, Kingsville, Johnson County, Mo, regarding a subject refusing to leave the store. While en route dispatched advised the Reporting Party stated the subject has been in the restroom for almost two hours. Deputies were then advised the subject left the store with items he did not pay for and got into a black Volkswagen, traveling westbound on NW 50 highway.
