Labor Day Weekend

We at the Sheriff's Office are privileged to serve the citizens of Johnson County. We are honored to lead a team of dedicated, professional Deputies and Administrative Staff who work daily to protect and serve the place we call home. We take great pride in serving our community where neighbors help neighbors, and where we rely on each other to uphold the principles of goodness and respect for others. 

We appreciate the support of the residents of Johnson County and your efforts to assist the Sheriff's Office. Community policing is key to helping the Sheriff's Office maintain safety and protection for all County residents.

On Labor Day, we honor the hard work of all those who drive our economy, provide for our families, and help ensure the success and well-being of our nation. Since many workers receive a well-deserved Monday off, the Labor Day holiday is traditionally considered to be the last big weekend of the summer. It's prime time for one last trip to the lake or river, one last backyard barbeque, or the final campout of the season. If you plan to travel over the holiday weekend, please travel safely.
